Forcibly Involved

Forcibly Involved is a project memorializing the names of children killed on and since October 7, 2023, on both sides of the border, without differences of nationality, and with the belief that every child has a name, a life that has been, and dreams cut short, and that we must remember this.
Karam Al-Sawaf
Karam Al-Sawaf (6), was here, and not anymore. Was here with his whole family. Just started first grade and was very excited.
Lina and Majd Khaled
Lina and Majd Khaled, were here, and not anymore. Brother and sister. They intended to join their father, who was working in the United Arab Emirates, but the war put an end to the plan. Killed in their home.
Mira Saeed Tanbora
Mira Saeed Tanbora (5.5), was here, and not anymore. The family decided, at the end of a night of bombings, to move south through the Salah al-Din checkpoint, which was declared a safe zone. At the checkpoint, an Israeli sniper shot Mira in the chest, while she was holding her father's hand.

Maria and Masa Khalil AboHashim, were here, and not anymore. Together with their mother.

Janan and Ismail Ashour
Janan (12) and Ismail (4) Ashour, were here, and not anymore. A year earlier they moved from Portugal to Gaza City to be closer to family and to care for Ismail who was diagnosed with special needs (on the autism spectrum). They were killed in a bombing.
Khor Al-Madhoun
Khor Al-Madhoun (4 months old), was here, and not anymore. Was here along with her mother Rawan, and 7 other family members.
Fadl Muhammad Al-Agha
Fadl Muhammad Al-Agha (1.5), was here, and not anymore.
Rim Lulu
Rim Lulu (4), was here, and not anymore. Her body is still under the rubble.
