Forcibly Involved

Forcibly Involved is a project memorializing the names of children killed on and since October 7, 2023, on both sides of the border, without differences of nationality, and with the belief that every child has a name, a life that has been, and dreams cut short, and that we must remember this.

Masa Al-Atrish (3), was here, and not anymore. Was here along with her parents Louis and Lina. The night before, she had reassured her aunt that the bombings were just fireworks.

Abduljawad and Abdulrahman Abu Ras
Abduljawad (4) and Abdulrahman (5) Abu Ras, were here, and not anymore. Brothers. Were here along with their little sister Layan, whose picture was published on this site. Killed by aerial bombing.

Dana and Basma Abu Sharia
Dana (5) and Basma (2) Abu Sharia, were here, and not anymore. Sisters.

Muhammad Faiz
Muhammad Faiz (15), was here, and not anymore. Dreamed of becoming a computer programmer, and was a fan of the Barcelona soccer team.

Yasra Abu Marzook
Yasra Abu Marzook (11), was here, and not anymore. Wounded in Rafah . Died a week later.

Mohammad Fayez Jibril Almuqayed
Mohammad Fayez Jibril Almuqayed, was here, and not anymore. They were displaced from Jabalia to Deir al-Balah, and were killed by a bomb. Mohammad was injured and died a week later.

Malik Abu Al-kass
Malik Abu Al-kass (20 days old), was here, and not anymore.

Mahmoud Abu Shawish
Mahmoud Abu Shawish (9 months old), was here, and not anymore. Along with his father and his three and a half years old brother Mohammed. The mother was injured.

Ahmed Abu Seif
Ahmed Abu Seif (6), was here, and not anymore. Killed while playing with his twin sister Maria. She survived.

Mustafa Sanalla
Mustafa Sanalla (14), was here, and not anymore. Was here along with his twin brothers Yasser and Yazen.

Samir and Zain Al-Bidin Hijazi
