Forcibly Involved

Forcibly Involved is a project memorializing the names of children killed on and since October 7, 2023, on both sides of the border, without differences of nationality, and with the belief that every child has a name, a life that has been, and dreams cut short, and that we must remember this.
Bilsan Issa
Bilsan Issa (less than a year old), was here, and not anymore. She suffered from a congenital heart defect that could have been treated under different circumstances. She waited for evacuation, but passed away before it came.
Hussein Abu Hamam
Hussein Abu Hamam (11), was here, and not anymore. Hussein had leukemia; he waited for aid, for evacuation, for medicine. In Gaza there are almost no oncologic medications. Israel does not permit their entry, nor does it permit evacuation for the purpose of treatment. Today Hussein passed away.
Fadi Abdullah al-Deiri
Fadi Abdullah al-Deiri (8), was here, and not anymore. Wounded yesterday in the bombing of a vehicle in the Al Sabra neighborhood, in the same attack in which his brother was killed. Today he died of his wounds.
Abdul Rahman Badwan
Abdul Rahman Badwan (6), was here, and not anymore. Shot in the head in the Al Zeitoun neighborhood.
Amir Imad Muhareb Shaaban
Amir Imad Muhareb Shaaban (11), was here, and not anymore. Shot dead by a drone while outside the orphanage where he lived.
Hamza Abdullah al-Deiri
Hamza Abdullah al-Deiri (12), was here, and not anymore. Killed in the bombing of a vehicle in the Al Sabra neighborhood. His brother was critically wounded.
Ahmad Marouf Zeid
Ahmad Marouf Zeid (4 months old), was here, and not anymore. Rushed to a hospital in Ramallah because of shortness of breath, but was delayed at a checkpoint and denied passage until he died.
Walid Abu Sneineh
Walid Abu Sneineh (16), was here, and not anymore. Shot after allegedly throwing stones during a military raid and ensuing clashes.
Amir Ahmad Jawad Jaber
Amir Ahmad Jawad Jaber (15), was here, and not anymore. Shot dead by an Israeli soldier.
Suwar Thaer Abu Draz
Suwar Thaer Abu Draz (1), was here, and not anymore. Killed together with her mother, Diana, in a nighttime bombing of tents sheltering displaced people that ignited a fire.
Malik Wael Abu Shawish
Malik Wael Abu Shawish (8), was here, and not anymore. Killed in a drone strike.
Eileen Islam al-Farra
Eileen Islam al-Farra (13), was here, and not anymore. Killed by shrapnel from artillery fire.
